We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - JusticeWorks is proud to be 100% employee owned. Position Summary In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the team. Responsibilities include working within databases, maintaining accurate records, and preparing documentation. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. What you will do Maintain accurate records and manage internal databases Prepare and organize new client files Ensure all new hire paperwork and employee changes are submitted to the corporate office Maintain up-to-date and complete Human Resource files Assist with preparation for employee orientation and training Provide general administrative support to the team Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience preferred Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle Ability to pass required background clearances Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug screening Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends Why Join JusticeWorks?
