Administrative Assistant

Reliable Fire & Safety is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role will assist with customer communication, technician scheduling, inspection reporting, compliance submissions, billing support, and general administrative tasks. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally Coordinate inspection and service scheduling with customers and technicians Organize, distribute, and track inspection reports and related documentation Assist with third-party compliance reporting platforms and AHJ submissions Support billing processes, work order review, and invoice preparation Maintain organized records, files, and office communications Assist management and operations staff with administrative and scheduling needs Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management Preferred Experience Scheduling or dispatching experience Familiarity with compliance reporting systems or inspection documentation Administrative experience Experience in fire protection or service industries is a plus About Us Reliable Fire & Safety is a family-owned fire protection company proudly serving the Carolinas since 1986. Pay:

$23.33 - $30.00 per hour
