Job Description

Feed Order Coordination Prepare and organize daily and weekly feed orders for the feed mill Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate ration and delivery needs Track feed usage and assist with inventory coordination Ensure timely and accurate entry of feed orders into the system Trucking & Logistics Support Assist with scheduling and coordinating trucking for hog operations Communicate with drivers and operations staff to ensure efficient scheduling Help adjust schedules based on changes in production or logistics needs Maintain organized records of loads, routes, and schedules Maintenance & Inventory Support Assist with administrative tasks related to building and grounds maintenance Track and manage parts and maintenance inventory Help organize and maintain inventory systems for parts, supplies, and equipment Support work order tracking and maintenance documentation Ensure accurate recordkeeping of maintenance activities and inventory usage Administrative & Data Entry Support Provide data entry support for feed, production, maintenance, and operational records Assist Operations and Accounting with administrative tasks Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records Support reporting needs and help ensure data accuracy across systems General Administrative Duties Answer calls and assist with internal communication as needed Help coordinate day-to-day office operations Support special projects and other administrative needs as they arise
Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
