Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help manage daily operations, support faculty and students, and ensure that administrative processes are seamless. Responsibilities Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors, students, and staff with professionalism and warmth Manage phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls accurately to appropriate departments Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring quick retrieval of documents Handle data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping Assist with calendar management for faculty and administrative staff, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing student inquiries, assisting with forms, and supporting overall office operations Assist with advertising and brand awareness Experience Prior office or administrative experience in an educational or healthcare setting is preferred but not required Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse student populations Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and proofreading capabilities Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and positive phone etiquette Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and calendar management is essential Join us in creating a welcoming environment where healthcare education thrives!
