We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Outpatient Clinics , playing a key role in managing front desk operations and assisting with various administrative functions . This position offers valuable experience in healthcare administration while ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. What You'll Do As an Administrative Assistant , you will: Manage front window duties , greeting patients and assisting with inquiries. Handle compliance tasks, medical records, scanning, and psychiatric secretary responsibilities . Ensure accurate documentation and organization of patient records .
