With continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic Human Resources team. Position Summary Reporting to the HR Manager, the Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the HR department. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrates strong discretion when handling sensitive information. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for the HR department via phone, email, and in person, responding to employee and external inquiries in a timely, professional manner in both English and Spanish Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, reports, and forms as needed Provide general administrative support to HR leadership and management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal fluency)

• REQUIRED

  Minimum of 3 months of experience in an administrative, HR, or related support role
• preferred (will take retail experience) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Elgin, IL, is hiring an Administrative Assistant
