Administrative Assistant Location:
Kohler, WI (Onsite - 4 days per week) Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to business leaders and teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth execution of office operations and administrative processes

  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
  • Manage and organize emails, documents, and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation systems
  • Support expense tracking, invoicing, and basic financial administrative tasks
  • Assist with project coordination and task tracking across teams
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting mid to senior-level leadership
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and scheduling platforms
