Job Description Associa is hiring a part time Administrative Assistant, working 20 hours a week, flexible schedule, during workday hours 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday. Location is at the corporate office in Chantilly, VA with site visits in Fairfax, VA on an as needed basis.
Daily responsibilities:
Answer and direct calls. Assist homeowners in making monthly payments and with the architectural review process. Maintain Clubhouse reservations and meeting schedule. Manage all communications, written and in email format, to homeowners to include weekly community updates, events, maintenance projects, and board meetings. Collect data and submit reports to the Portfolio Manager and members of the Board of Directors. Attend and take minutes during board and committee meetings. Monitor and update social media and website. Assist in walking the community, conducting site inspections, issuing HOA violation notices to homeowners, and entering work orders. Other duties as requested. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Customer service driven and team oriented. Proactive work habits and communication style with timely follow-up. Attention to detail and deadlines, takes the initiative, self-managed, and self-directed.
