We provide 24-hour rehabilitation and treatment services. Team members support daily living activities and implement evidence-based interventions that promote independence, functional skills, and meaningful choice-making for the individuals we serve. We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and versatile professional to fill a multi-functional role combining recruiting, basic accounting support, and other office related tasks . This position is ideal for someone who pays strong attention to detail and able to be a creative problem solver.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain professionalism Understanding of HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards Manage front desk duties Assist with daily office operations Scheduling and track employee attendance Assist with new staff onboarding process Accounting supportRecruiting Duties:
Post job openings on platforms such as Indeed and other job boards Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assist with hiring processes Attend job fairs and recruitment events Maintain applicant tracking and onboarding documentation Ensure employee credentials and records remain currentBasic Accounting Duties:
Audit receipts and financial records Support payroll preparation and timekeeping accuracy Assist with basic reporting and data entry in Excel Requirements Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Adobe), and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Strong computer literacy including data entry, typing accuracy, proofreading Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse candidate interactions Demonstrate professionalism in phone etiquette We value proactive individuals who are eager to contribute their skills to a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.
