Administrative Assistant to Program Director Texas Wesleyan University - 4.1 Fort Worth, TX Job Details 14 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Fiscal management Confidential information handling Word embeddings Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) High school diploma or GED Typing Productivity software Operational budget management Full Job Description Posting Details Position Information Job Title Administrative Assistant to Program Director Position Summary Provide administrative support for overall operations to the Graduate Programs of Nurse Anesthesia and the Program Director Essential Duties and Responsibilities As a representative in the Program Director's office, greet visitors, provide information and referrals, answer telephone, ascertain the nature of calls, take accurate messages and route calls appropriately. Maintain and coordinate the Program Directors email , incoming/outgoing correspondence, calendar and daily schedule. Prepares monthly meeting agendas and minutes. Organizes and maintains records in a manner that supports retention policies and student confidentiality. Supports special projects and events (catering, facility reservations, and setup, tracking of expenditures) such as orientation, graduation, and simulation symposium. Works closely with program faculty and Dean of School of Health Professions to ensure strategic priorities are met. Provide support for SACS and COA accreditation. Assists with other entity needs involving NBCRNA and Texas BON. Education, Certifications and/or Licenses Bachelor's degree preferred High school diploma required Experience Three or more years of progressive office experience preferred Higher education experience preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
