Job Description

  • This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA
  • Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You This is your chance to be on our Development team who play a large part in driving Hilton's growth strategy through the addition of new hotels to our ever-growing portfolio!
As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Head of AD&C Luxury & Lifestyle. You will partner with senior leaders from the Luxury & Lifestyle Development, Development Operations, and Owner Relations teams to support daily operations, manage priorities, and help drive key initiatives forward. What you'll do during a typical day: Coordinate and prioritize the inflow of information for senior leaders, including email and correspondence Manage calendars, contacts, and task lists Draft correspondence, memorandums, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity Answer and screen calls, route inquiries, and ensure clear communication How you'll collaborate with others: Liaise with internal and external partners to support Executive's priorities Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate efficient decision-making Projects you'll take ownership of: Coordinate travel arrangements, including complex domestic and international itineraries Organize meetings, webinars, and conference calls, including logistics and materials Prepare reports and presentations by compiling and summarizing key information Conduct research and complete projects independently Manage expense reporting and related administrative processes What It Takes to Make the Stay You have these minimum qualifications: Seven (7) years of professional experience Five (5) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant Experience communicating with senior level leadership, and staff at all levels Experience working with PowerPoint, Word, Excel Willingness to travel 10% It would be useful if you have: Associate degree Ten (10) years of professional experience Eight plus (8+) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant How We'll Help You Thrive At Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests.
