GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) -

SCIRx Pharmacy Location:

Falmouth, Maine (In Person) SCIRx Pharmacy , a specialty compounding pharmacy in Falmouth, Maine, is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers 32 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday .

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and general support Process billing, medication orders, and shipping Greet and assist retail customers in person Support daily operations and complete additional administrative projects as needed

Strong verbal communication skills Excellent organizational abilities Effective multitasking and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Basic working knowledge of

QuickBooks Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required College degree preferred

Additional Requirements:

Reliable transportation Preferred residence within 30 minutes of the pharmacy

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

Valid Maine Driver's license required.
