Little Elm, TX Job Details 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Tuition reimbursement On-the-job training Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Customer inquiry handling Full Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a Community Association. Reporting to the On‑Site Association Manager, this role is key to maintaining smooth administrative workflows, coordinating meetings, handling homeowner communications, and supporting financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Association Manager. Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for the Association. Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including agendas, packets, logistics, and minute taking. Assist with financial tasks, including invoice processing and report preparation. Process Architectural Control Committee (ACC) modification requests. Support general office operations, including reception, supply management, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (additional education a plus). 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred. Proficiency in office software and recordkeeping. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and follow established procedures. Valid driver's license.
Skills & Competencies:
Planning & organization, sound judgment, dependability, and professional communication. Comfort using databases and software systems, including Word, Excel, email, and CINC or similar platforms.
