40 hours per week - Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.CLASSIFICATION
Hourly, Non-exemptPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Open and close the front office daily Place and receive telephone calls and record messages Assist in office with appointments, calls, etc Welcome visitors and arrange for their comfort, and screen unexpected callers in accordance with pre-determined procedures Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of school business. Serve as liaison to school offices in emergencies Maintain a regular filing system, as well as a set of locked confidential files, and process correspondence as instructed Perform other job-related duties as assigned to advance district priorities.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
