The Administrative Coordinator for Henderson Wholesale will provide support for Henderson Wholesale, a multi-state distributor of Hunt Brothers Pizza. Responsibilities Support the Recruiting process Utilize Canva to create graphics Schedule and Facilitate New Hire Training Prepare and Schedule Quarterly District-Wide Trainings Plan and Coordinate Semi-Annual Meeting and Christmas Party Post to the company TikTok and Facebook Provide Administrative support to District Managers The ideal candidate has : 3+ years of administrative experience An Outgoing personality and is comfortable speaking in front of large groups Strong attention to detail Project Coordination experience Critical thinking skills Microsoft Office Proficiency Experience with Canva or similar softwares
