Administration Lead| Evansville, IN (Onsite) Our professional services client in Evansville is growing-and they're looking for a hands-on Administration Lead to help lead the charge. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM ????Type:
Full-time | On-site | Long-term opportunity ???? What You'll Be Doing Lead day-to-day administrative operations while supporting a small, growing team Act as a central hub of information across systems, customer data, and personnel records Partner closely with sales and leadership to deliver top-tier client service Oversee HR-related processes, ensuring accurate data and proper employee compensation Manage order processing, payments, vendor relationships, and workflow delegation Handle payroll and AP/AR responsibilities Supervise one direct report and support their development ???? What We're Looking For 5+ years of office or administrative management experience Bachelor's degree preferred Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident making decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office + ability to learn new CRM systems Someone who can balance being firm, fair, and approachable Self-starter who can work independently and ask the right questions when needed ????
