JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Representative to join our team at Plant Scherer. In this role, you will provide advanced administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in MS tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Oracle is preferred for this role. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, time sensitive data entry, and handling confidential information with discretion. You will be a key liaison between departments and will play a vital role in supporting our leadership team. Perform accurate timekeeping data entry using a timekeeping application. Process expenses and purchase card transactions. Maintain compliance surrounding timekeeping and purchase card administration. Ability to interact professionally with customers, management, peers, and business unit personnel across the company. Ability to exercise independent judgment, confidentiality and discretion while completing tasks with minimal direction. Manage and maintain confidential files and information. Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls & related coordination (i.e. equipment for presentations, agenda, minutes, handouts, reservations, refreshments, etc.) Maintain office supply inventory and replenish as necessary. Coordinate special projects and charity fundraising events.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Job Experience and Education:
College experience or degree (AS or BS) would be preferred. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. The use of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is highly preferred for this role. Experience using Oracle is highly preferred. Must have previous experience with administrative responsibilities including deadline driven tasks.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work in a challenging environment with multiple or changing priorities. Strong attention to detail Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Must be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision. The ability to work well with all levels of employees and management is required. Proven trustworthiness in maintaining sensitive/confidential information is essential.Behavioral Attributes:
