Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer service skills while contributing to our company's growth and success. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Provide comprehensive administrative support such as data entry and document management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support sales activities by preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records Coordinate calendar management, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for team members and clients Support lead generation efforts and track sales opportunities Handle customer inquiries via phone or email, delivering exceptional customer service and support Maintain office supplies inventory, oversee filing systems, and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient Requirements High school diploma required; degree in business administration, marketing or related field a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience with CRM preferred Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting Previous personal assistant or administrative support experience is advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:

Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
