$27-30 per hour DOE πLocation:
Newport Beach, CA πShift:
Full-time - Monday - Friday. Start time can range between 7a-9a. 8-hour days - 40 hours/week. Contract expected to last a minimum of 6-monthsKey Responsibilities Include:
Answer calls and assisting callers; in specialty areas, coordinating or schedule appointments Monitor and order supplies as needed, as well as keeping suppliesanized Schedule equipment repair/service Distribute mail and process iing and outgoing mail Schedule room reservations for meetings and maintain room calendars Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and departmental forms Maintain confidentiality Maintain up-to-date unit-specific data, logs and run reports Prepares agendas, record and transcribe meeting minutes Compile data, review data for discrepancies and trends, suggest solutions, prepare reports, andanize projects Process billings and purchase orders (POs)Qualifications Include:
HS Diploma or equivalent Minimum 4 years of administrative support experience - preferably in a healthcare related setting Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus healthcare database systems.
