Administrative Specialist - Human Resources

Lifeway Services LLC, is a Residential Care Agency for the intellectually disabled and adults with autism. We are currently seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our HR Department.

Responsibilities include:

Assistance in all aspects of the new hire process and onboarding Recruitment (job fairs, marketing) Review and publish schedules weekly Tracking and upkeep of employee record management Filing and management of training files Assistance planning company events Other HR, training and compliance tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Detail oriented Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Organizational and time management skills

Hours:

Full time office position, Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Must be able to work New Bethlehem and Punxsutawney offices

Pay/Benefits:
