Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative & Title Review Specialist to support our operations in the oil and gas industry. This role combines administrative coordination with basic title review responsibilities, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient workflow, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and internal coordination Organize and maintain land, lease, and title records in company systems Assist with reviewing title documents, including leases, deeds, and ownership reports Ensure accuracy and completeness of files related to mineral rights and property ownership Coordinate with landmen, attorneys, and internal teams to gather and verify information Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple project areas Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and legal documents Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience; oil and gas or land/title experience preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Basic understanding of title review, mineral rights, or land records is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills •This is a 1099 contract position• Why Join Us?
