This position is responsible for scheduling, training coordination, truck operations, and all aspects of facility equipment maintenance while partnering closely with leadership to support team members. What You'll Do Responsible for scheduling to ensure proper coverage and operation efficiency Support and coordinate training efforts for new and existing team members. Manage truck operations, including scheduling, organization, and upkeep. Oversee restaurant maintenance, including equipment, facilities, general repairs and vendors Communicate and coordinate with leadership on operational needs and improvements Uphold Chick-fil-A standard, values, and culture in all responsibilities Complete additional duties as directed by leadership What We're Looking For Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Clear communication and follow through Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Previous administrative and supervisory experience preferred Alignment with Chick-fil-A values and commitment to teamwork and hospitality.
