Full-Time, In-Person Pay:
$20.00•22.00 per hour based on experience National Medical Education & Training Center (NMETC) is seeking organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Team Members for multiple divisions within our growing organization. This role supports a variety of operational and administrative functions and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping teams stay organized and efficient. We are looking for dependable individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities professionally and accurately.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to assigned departments Maintain records, spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation systems Create and update documents, reports, presentations, and forms Assist with data entry, reporting, scheduling, and record management Communicate professionally with staff, students, vendors, and outside partners Coordinate administrative tasks and assist with special projects Support inventory management, supplies, and office operations Assist with classroom, training, event, and operational setup activities as needed Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Work collaboratively across departments to support organizational goals May assist with onboarding, presentations, staff training, or departmental training activities as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience with Google Workspace , including: Google Sheets Google Docs Google Slides Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to write clearly and perform basic calculations accurately Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable interacting with internal teams and external partners Comfortable speaking in front of groups and assisting with training or presentations when needed Strong computer and technology skills Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Previous office, administrative, customer service, or operations experience Experience in healthcare, education, training, or service industries Experience maintaining spreadsheets, databases, trackers, or reporting systems Experience with scheduling, documentation management, or project coordination
Physical & Work Requirements:
Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods of time Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as needed throughout the workday Ability to occasionally bend, reach, lift, carry, and move materials up to 45 pounds Ability to perform repetitive computer and keyboard tasks Ability to move throughout office, classroom, and operational spaces as needed Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position
