Entry Level Business Manager Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers to explain available products and services, answer questions, and guide purchasing decisions Manage the full sales cycle, from initial interaction through closing and post-sale follow-up Maintain a consistent level of personal sales production while supporting overall team goals Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish Learn how daily sales activity contributes to larger business targets and revenue goals Monitor your own performance and adjust your approach based on results and feedback Work closely with team members to improve messaging, approach, and overall effectiveness in customer interactions Begin learning how to support and guide newer team members as you gain experience
