Job Description
Description We are looking for a dedicated Campus Administrator to join our team in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. This is a contract-to-permanent position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills to support clergy, staff, and ministry leaders in a faith-based environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting and bring a service-oriented approach to managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to clergy, staff, and ministry leaders.
- Organize schedules, coordinate facility bookings, and oversee event planning.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and digital files for efficient operations.
- Facilitate internal communications, including newsletters and weekly bulletins.
- Manage church systems such as PushPay, Planning Center, ShelbyNext, Canva, and ProPresenter.
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Assist with data entry and documentation to uphold organizational standards.
- Help create visually appealing materials using tools like Canva and Adobe Acrobat.
- Support the welcoming atmosphere of the campus by handling receptionist duties.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and achieve goals. Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a detail-oriented demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, and similar tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with faith-based settings, particularly those aligned with relevant organizational values.
- Comfortable working with digital systems such as PushPay, Planning Center, and ShelbyNext.
- Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting organizational goals.
