We are seeking a highly organized and driven Admin Director to support and strengthen our high-performing leadership team and restaurant operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about creating systems that help teams succeed. The Administrative Director will oversee administrative operations, manage organizational systems and processes, and ensure clear communication and alignment across the leadership team. We are looking for a confident, solutions-oriented leader with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude who will contribute to a healthy and productive team culture. Key Qualifications & Workplace Skills Highly teachable and adaptable to new systems and processes Strong sense of ownership and accountability Excellent communication and people skills Ability to collaborate effectively with high-performing leaders and team members Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback Critical thinker with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Proficient in Google Docs and Google Drive systems Experience with Adobe software preferred Comfortable working on MacBook systems Primary Responsibilities Own and manage the end-of-month financial processes Track, organize, and pay invoices Manage the store email account and communicate important updates with the leadership team Maintain and organize leadership calendars Manage payroll coordination, PTO requests, and sick time tracking with Directors Help keep the Operator and Director team organized, aligned, and informed Support the Operator by managing scheduled and weekly administrative needs Support General Managers with ongoing restaurant operational needs Track departmental budgets alongside Directors Distribute team memos and internal communications as needed Take detailed notes during leadership meetings Organize meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Organize and maintain Google Drive systems and core restaurant documentation Assist with unforeseen business needs as they arise Work operational positions in the restaurant - If full time Schedule & Compensation Saturday availability required Part time or full time available Typical schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Bi weekly Executive Leader meetings Approximately 20-25 hours per week dedicated to office and administrative responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $26/hour 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) 48 hours of sick pay $600 monthly healthcare stipend 401(k) with 3.5% company match after 1,000 hours worked Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
