Senior Management - Legal Operations

Job Overview A local governmental agency in Palm Beach County, Florida is seeking an attorney with operational/management experience to serve in a position level of Senior Management - Legal Operations . What You'll Do Direct day‑to‑day operations of department. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and performance standards. Lead long‑term operational planning and data‑driven improvement initiatives. Recruit, develop, and evaluate management and staff to ensure strong service delivery. Prepare and manage annual budgets; ensure responsible stewardship of public funds. Collaborate with legal counsel, judicial partners, and internal leadership to support community‑serving operational goals. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Ten (10) years of recent, relevant experience in a court system or comparable environment, including operational leadership and personnel management. Juris Doctor preferred. Equivalent education and experience combinations may be considered. Additional Details Occasional work beyond standard business hours may be required. Excellent benefits including retirement. Pay:

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
