Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Assembly Administrator in
Georgetown, KY Employment Type:
Contract Location:
Onsite - Georgetown, KY Pay rate: $32-$34/hr
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling activities. Issue and track purchase requisitions for the Final Assembly Engineering department. Track, receive, and maintain records for project purchase orders. Monitor and maintain departmental budgets using SAP, Ariba, and internal tracking systems. Develop, maintain, and report budget KPIs through dashboards and reporting tools. Create and maintain Power BI reports to support operational and financial decision-making. Manage office operations, assets, supplies, and administrative processes for the PEMC site. Support the development and maintenance of the annual operating budget for office operations. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and departmental standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support department objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience supporting Production Engineering or a similar environment. Minimum 2 years of experience supporting project budgets and financial tracking. Minimum 2 years of experience with asset management and inventory tracking. Experience supporting General Managers, Directors, or Executives, including calendar management and travel coordination. Hands-on experience using Ariba systems. Experience creating and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience with SAP budgeting and procurement systems. Knowledge of KPI tracking and reporting methodologies. Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or production environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
