Up to 5% (Domestic) Position Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assembly Administrator to support production engineering and operations teams through administrative coordination, budget tracking, procurement support, executive scheduling, and office management activities. This role will play a key part in maintaining department operations, managing financial and asset-related processes, and supporting leadership with scheduling, reporting, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or operations teams, along with strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Create, process, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and financial reporting activities. Maintain departmental KPIs, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Assist with office operations, facility coordination, and asset management activities. Track project expenditures and support budget planning processes. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative reports. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of administrative and operational tasks. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, tracking, and administrative processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of administrative support experience within engineering, manufacturing, operations, or similar environments. 2+ years of experience supporting budgets, expense tracking, or financial reporting. Experience with asset management and office administration. Experience supporting executive-level schedules, travel arrangements, and calendar management. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications Experience with procurement, purchasing, or requisition processes. Experience using ERP, procurement, or financial systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms. Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or related reporting tools. Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or production environments.
