Establish and implement strategic initiatives that support business growth, market development, financial objectives, and client retention efforts. Collaborate with business development and account management teams to strengthen customer partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and expand service capabilities. Ensure successful delivery of recurring maintenance programs, repair services, and project-based work while maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness. Evaluate operational performance through key service metrics and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, workforce productivity, and customer experience. Optimize workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize service capacity and operational results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted business partner and escalation point for complex service matters. Oversee financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and ongoing analysis of operational trends. Recruit, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and operational excellence. Champion safety initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and collaboration across departments to support organizational goals. Support industry engagement activities, customer-facing events, and networking opportunities that enhance market presence and business growth. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, engineering, construction, or related discipline; equivalent industry leadership experience will also be considered. At least 5 years of leadership experience within commercial building services, mechanical services, facilities services, or a related operational environment. Proven track record managing business performance, leading teams, and delivering operational and customer-focused results. Preferred Qualifications Experience overseeing service organizations supporting multiple building systems or technical service disciplines. Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in financial planning, operational management, and performance improvement initiatives. Familiarity with commercial building infrastructure, maintenance programs, service operations, and workforce management technologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence across various stakeholder groups.
