- Provide executive administrative support to church leadership and ministry leaders.
- Coordinate administrative operations and schedules for ministry programs, events, and church initiatives.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and ministry planning activities for pastoral leadership.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and implementing ministry projects and church operational initiatives.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, presentations, and ministry planning documents.
- Maintain confidential administrative and ministry records.
- Monitor operational processes and help improve administrative efficiency using organizational tools and project management methodologies.
- Coordinate communication between church leadership, ministry teams, volunteers, and external service providers.
- Support budgeting documentation, vendor coordination, and administrative procurement processes.
- Assist in organizing conferences, church services, ministry events, and leadership meetings.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and ministry-oriented working environment consistent with the churchs mission and values.
