Job Description:

Apply ACH payments, wire transfers, checks, and credit card payments to customer invoices Process and record all cash receipts and complete daily credit card closeouts Deposit customer checks and process credit card refunds Maintain authorized customer credit card information Release approved jobs into production and close completed jobs (including commission verification) Process sales orders, bulk orders, and replacement slips Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and distribute mail/packages

Requirements:
