As a General Administrator, you will work under the direction of the office Manager and District General Manager, performing various administrative functions in accordance with established procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

Answering phones and providing excellent customer service Monitoring and reviewing inspection reports, work orders, impairment and correction notices. Tag reporting for compliance engine and other entities that require reporting Providing backup support for the department team when needed Additional duties will be assigned once you become familiar with our systems and processes. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can work well with direction and is flexible to learn new things.
