  • $55,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Website management Databases Fundraising Contracts Newsletters (communication methods) Marketing operations Full Job Description Executive Director Position Summary The Executive Director serves as the Association's chief administrative officer and is responsible for the management of all business operations, financial administration, membership services, communications, and organizational support functions.
The Executive Director works collaboratively with the Director of Hockey Operations to support organizational success while maintaining primary responsibility for administrative and business operations. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors.
  • Primary Responsibilities Financial Management
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets
  • Oversee financial administration and reporting
  • Coordinate payroll and contractor payments
  • Manage scholarship programs
  • Support annual audits and financial reviews Registration & Membership Services
  • Serve as Association registrar
  • Manage player registrations and payment plans
  • Maintain USA Hockey rosters and registrations
  • Manage membership records and databases Facility & Scheduling Administration
  • Manage ice contracts and facility agreements
  • Coordinate ice scheduling
  • Administer facility-related contracts and vendors
  • Support tournament and event scheduling logistics Communications & Marketing
  • Manage Association communications
  • Oversee website and social media operations
  • Coordinate newsletters and membership communications
  • Support sponsorship and fundraising initiatives Administrative Operations
  • Maintain contracts and organizational records
  • Coordinate board meetings and reports
  • Ensure organizational compliance requirements are met
  • Support volunteers and committee operations Community Relations
  • Build relationships with sponsors and community partners
  • Represent the Association at community events
  • Support fundraising and public outreach initiatives
  • Qualifications
  • Nonprofit, sports administration, or business management experience
  • Financial management experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Pay:
$45,000.00
  • $55,000.
00 per year
