Job Description

Corporate Administrator :
This role will be is responsible for accomplishing multiple complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will always exhibit excellent judgement in handling confidentiality and act with professionalism. The ideal candidate must also possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling of meetings and calls (some complex) Coordinate various business travel Organize and facilitate lunches for meetings, etc. Take ownership of department spreadsheets (contact lists, escalation lists, seating charts, birthday lists) Invoice coding, tracking, payment, etc. Composing, typing, organizing, maintaining and distributing documents and incoming/outgoing correspondence for department managers Handling confidential personnel and financial documents Assist managers with daily operational functions. Handle requests and inquiries appropriately and in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience :
5+ years progressive administrative experience in a corporate environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self starter who requires little supervision Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite required Strong experience with Outlook scheduling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time. Adapts easily to new situations and operates effectively in a fast-paced environment. Able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Other duties as assigned.
