B2B VD CARE
Team for a 12-month assignment. In this critical role, you will bridge the gap between regional execution and Global HQ by managing administrative functions, supporting high-priority projects, and optimizing B2B service processes. The ideal candidate possesses advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, robust project management experience, and fluent bilingual proficiency in both English and Korean to seamlessly collaborate across global teams and senior leadership.
Play a key supporting role in preparing, analyzing, and generating critical business reports for Senior Leadership and the Global HQ office in Korea.
Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate, develop, and improve B2B service processes to match and exceed customer expectations.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Partner across multiple departments and with external stakeholders at all organizational levels to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum B2B customer satisfaction.
Strategic Alignment:
Apply analytical and strategic thinking to collaborative initiatives aimed at hitting the team's global targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of dedicated experience in administrative support, project management, or operations coordination.
Language Skills:
Native or business-fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills are mandatory for HQ reporting).
Technical Expertise:
Advanced-level proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically complex functionalities in Excel (data analysis/reporting) and PowerPoint (building executive-ready decks), alongside Outlook.
Project Management:
Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and successfully execute multi-layered projects, corporate events, and programs under tight deadlines.
Adaptability:
A self-driven, fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment while managing multiple competing priorities with minimal oversight. #IND
