HONEST ART, located in Ardsley, NY, is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee our operations and help us continue to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. If you're organized, driven, and have a knack for managing the details while keeping the big picture in mind, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do As our Studio Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our studio.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing studio schedules and ensuring all operations run efficiently. Managing communications with clients, vendors, and team members. Maintaining a welcoming and organized studio environment. Assisting with administrative tasks to support the team and creative projects. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the studio experience. Teaching classes when needed Conducting sales outreach to new schools and/or companies What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. Here's what we'd love to see:

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a management or administrative role in a fast paced and growing business

Organization:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving:

A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
