Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Front Desk Admin opening! This direct hire opening offers full time hours, 9a-5p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $45,000/annually.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to a team of managers Serve as first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls Provide a warm and welcoming environment to visitors Prepare reports, assemble presentation materials, and put together client booklets Perform client scheduling Reconcile statements Candidates for this role will have experience working in a highly structured and polished office environment.
