Lease Administration, so our Admin Team works together on tasks such as lease administration, rental application processing, handling inquiry regarding available rentals, maintenance requests, assistance with resident portals, ordering and managing supplies, mailings to residents and vendors, filing, and other administrative duties that come up in the course of our operation.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience using DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms is a plus This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
