- Lease Administration Job Description
- Senior Leadership Role Location Remote, based in the United States (EST preferred) or any major global city with travel as required About the Role As the Global Transitions Lead
- Lease Administration, you will serve as a strategic member of the senior leadership team, responsible for driving excellence in lease administration transitions across new business implementations, account expansions, and service migrations on a global scale.
Key Performance Measures Transition Scope:
Clarification of scope before project onset; effective management of scope changes aligned with schedule and budgetTransition Schedule:
Delivery of agreed scope within planned timeframesTransition Budget:
Cost of transition within agreed budget parametersCustomer Satisfaction:
Scores and feedback reflecting end-user satisfaction and evidence of continuous improvementData Quality:
Accuracy and completeness of lease administration data migrationProcess Innovation:
Measurable improvements in efficiency through AI and automation adoptionTeam Development:
Retention and growth of high-performing transition professionals Required Qualifications & Experience Experience 10+ years of experience in lease administration, transitions management, project/program management, or account management with demonstrated ability to lead global teams Deep expertise in lease administration systems and processes, including CoStar (required), Yardi, or similar platforms Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale transitions across multiple functional areas and geographies Experience driving process transformation and adopting emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools Client-facing experience in account management, consulting, or as an internal client advocate Leadership Capabilities Exemplary executive presence: Gravitas and sophistication to command the room both internally as a senior leader and externally with clients Strategic mindset: Ability to see the big picture, anticipate future trends, and translate vision into actionable strategies Transformational leadership: Leads change with energy, resilience, and courage; makes complex decisions and takes calculated risks Cultural champion: Unwavering ethical standards; drives excellence; innately collaborative; builds trust and fosters inclusive environmentsResults-driven:
