Employee discounts The Company ChurchFunerals Direct is a Christian-based, gospel-centered, church-focused licensed funeral home that partners with churches to provide better funerals for a fraction of the cost. We are a fast-growing company serving multiple states and continuing to scale operations. Our funeral directors and staff are the best in the business. Families that we serve are truly cared for and normally save several thousand dollars on their funerals. Compensation This position offers an exceptional salary, benefits, and a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities In this position you will be responsible for conducting and overseeing crucial administrative tasks and projects that are essential to the continuing growth and operations of the company. This position will require you to work daily in a collaborative and supportive role with other members of the corporate and field staff. This includes, but is not limited to, completing tasks like: Creating, editing, and maintaining important documents and forms. Overseeing accounts payable and receivables staff. Administering payroll. Creating and updating standard operating procedures to facilitate corporate expansion. Processing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Maintaining digital and physical files. The above list is by no means comprehensive. The ChurchFunerals Direct corporate environment is a fast-paced, dynamic working environment which will require daily hard work, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple important projects. Skills and Qualifications Discretion, trust, and the ability to handle sensitive information carefully. Bachelor's or Master's Degree not required, but preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in business administrations or operations preferred. Extensive, provable experience with Microsoft 365, especially Word and Excel (certification preferred but not required). Experience with a cloud-based management system like OneDrive, Dropbox, or Egnyte. Experience with other software programs like DocuSign, and the ability to quickly learn how to use unfamiliar software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
