  • Part-time Part-Time Operations Manager (Growth-Focused Practice) Adept Audiology | Lakewood Ranch, FL (In-Office / Hybrid) Adept Audiology is recognized among the top private audiology practices in the United States , and we are actively building a model that is helping shape the future of patient-centered hearing and balance care.
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Part-Time Operations Manager to help bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to our team. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who can step in, understand how a high-performing practice operates, and help elevate it even further.
The Opportunity:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is energized by improving systems, supporting teams, and creating clarity. You will work closely with the owner to: Streamline operations Improve workflows and efficiency Support team accountability and performance Take ownership of key administrative functions
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative and front office operations Identify inefficiencies and implement improved systems and workflows Support KPI tracking and team accountability Help manage scheduling, patient flow, and office organization Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development processes Act as a point of coordination between clinical and administrative teams
Who You Are:
Highly organized with strong operational and systems thinking Confident, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership Able to hold others accountable in a respectful and professional way Strong communicator with a high level of emotional intelligence Technologically savvy and quick to learn new systems Experienced in operations, office management, or team leadership
