As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and people-centered Director of Administration to serve as part of the firm's leadership team.
Position Overview:
The Director of Administration is integral to the firm's continued growth and success, overseeing all human resources functions, supporting business development and marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate brings a collaborative spirit, sound professional judgment, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of administrative operations, including HR, IT, business development, and facilities. Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute operational and growth strategies. Champion a firm culture that reflects the firm's values, promotes collaboration, and supports employee engagement and development. Manage and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and collaboration. Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention initiatives. Evaluate and improve firm processes, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability. Support technology initiatives and the adoption of tools that reflect best practices and enhance productivity and efficiency. Identify and support firmwide and individual attorney marketing and business development initiatives Oversee facilities management and space planning to accommodate firm growth. Other duties as assigned/required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required 7-10+ years of administrative or operations leadership experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment Demonstrated experience building strong teams, developing talent, and fostering a positive workplace culture Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership and team management skills Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets and operations Ability to think strategically while executing tactically High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Pay:
From $100,000.00 per year People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
