Job Description

The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for leading, building, and pastoring their assigned teams to create a welcoming environment, aligning all guest services efforts with the church's vision and the Guest Services' standards.
Position Responsibilities:
Embody NewSpring and Guest Services mission in personal life, as well as teach, model, and coach others to do the same Oversee and lead the following
Guest Services Teams:
Coffee, VHQ, Office, Guest Services Desk, New Serve, and the New Here Process. Partner with the Guest Services Director to build teams in order to pastor, recruit and develop all volunteers in the Guest Services Ministry. Use resources as provided by the Guest Services Ministry Support Team. Partner with the Guest Services Director to align Sunday environments to the Guest Services MPS. Review Guest Services metrics and use this as a resource to follow-up, encourage, etc. Review the Connection dashboard monthly and follow up with volunteers whose connection status changes to ensure long-term serving health. Utilize Rock to document communication and attendance for volunteers and guests to New Serve, New Here, and Serving Groups. Foster intercommunication between Ministries, Guest Services Support, and the Campus Pastor to make appropriate and vision aligned choices for the Greenville Campus. Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
Role Requirements:
This role is full time 40 hours per week. This role adheres to a standard schedule, knowing it may fluctuate at times & based on certain needs.
Standard schedule is:
Sunday:
6:30AM-1:30
PM Monday:
9AM•5
PM Tuesday:
9AM•5
PM Wednesday:
9AM•5
PM Thursday:
9AM•9PM Flexible upon supervisor scheduling and approval based on Thursday night gatherings.
