is looking for an energetic Service Administrator to join our team. As a member of the branch and reporting directly to the Service Manager, this position will work to support the branch while maintaining a high level of energy and positive interactions with internal and external customers. This person, under the direction of the Service Manager, will be responsible for all related assigned duties to support the branch. The Service Administrator will be responsible for assisting in each area of the branch to ensure customers receive outstanding service. Each day will be different and this person will need to be able to manage multiple assignments on a daily basis. Below is a summary of what the role may work on routinely.
Essential Functions:
Provides essential administrative support to ensure the branch runs efficiently. Support warehouse operations when needed including cycle counts, shipping & receiving and staging jobs for construction. Support dispatch operations when needed to ensure appropriate resources dispatched based on skillset and service zones. Communicate with service personnel in-person, via phone/email to execute daily operations. Communicate with manufacturer's in-person, via phone/email and portals for warranty, equipment and parts support. Communicate with customers, in-person, via phone/email and portals for related dispatches and invoice issues. Works with discretion to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliances with regulations. Generate reports and complete audits for time entry, GPS, and other company-sponsored platforms. Experience, Competencies and Education High School diploma or GED required; 2-3 years prior work experience in a service organization, a plus. Valid State Issued Driver's License and good driving record Effective time management skills. Work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability to work well with others. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds during the course of performing their necessary duties.
