Firm Administrator - Dallas We are partnering with a highly respected, established professional services firm to identify an experienced Firm Administrator to lead operations for their Dallas office. This is a high-impact, visible leadership role and a key member of the local office leadership team. This position is ideal for a confident, strategic operator who enjoys leading people, driving operational excellence, and partnering closely with senior leadership to shape the success of an office.
Compensation:
Up to $200K with flexibility depending on experience Position Overview The Firm Administrator serves as the operational leader of the Dallas office, responsible for overseeing administrative functions, managing support staff, and ensuring the office operates efficiently and in alignment with firm standards. This individual will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing insight, structure, and support across a wide range of operational and people-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day office operations, ensuring a high standard of organization, efficiency, and professionalism Manage and develop administrative and support staff, including oversight of performance, workflow, and team structure Own and manage the office budget, including forecasting, expense oversight, and alignment with financial goals Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management Partner with internal teams, including Human Resources and Finance, on employee relations, performance management, and administrative processes Provide oversight of facilities and office environment, including coordination with building management and support of office projects or improvements Support the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance Act as a strategic partner to office leadership, serving as a sounding board and helping to drive operational improvements and initiatives Contribute to a strong office culture by fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Firm Administrator, Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar leadership role within a professional services environment Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading people in a structured, high-performance setting Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and overseeing expenses Prior experience within a law firm environment is highly preferred, including earlier career exposure in a legal secretary, legal administrative, or paralegal role.
