Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and gather information for projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management
  • Support the Director in strategic planning and decision-making processes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
  • Educate and train staff on policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage confidential information with discretion
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or administrative position
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
