Job Description

We are looking for a Tenant Services Administrator 3 to support daily tenant-facing operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, solid property administration knowledge, and hands-on familiarity with Yardi, Nexus, and Cove. The person in this role will help manage invoicing, tenant communications, lease-related coordination, and reporting while ensuring responsive and detail-oriented service. There is also potential for the assignment to develop into a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of invoicing activities with accuracy and timeliness using Yardi and Nexus.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant questions, concerns, and service-related requests while maintaining a detail-oriented customer experience.
  • Use Cove to maintain tenant records, track interactions, and support day-to-day tenant administration tasks.
  • Coordinate lease administration activities, including support for renewals, agreement updates, deposits, and related documentation.
  • Assist with monthly reporting, record reviews, and general administrative follow-up tied to property operations.
  • Work closely with property management and internal teams to resolve complaints, support inspections, and maintain organized account information.
  • Monitor payment-related details and assist with accounting support functions connected to tenant charges and deposits.
