  Temporary Administrative Coordinator (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)

• Pay:

  $17.65/hour | Temporary Assignment (Open-Ended Duration)
• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
• Administrative Coordinator
• to join our team on a temporary basis. This role supports daily office operations through a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records and files
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails as needed
• Support internal staff with day-to-day coordination tasks
• Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative duties

• Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous administrative or office coordination experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with basic computer systems (email, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional communication skills

• Schedule & Pay:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• $17.65 per hour
