Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties:
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Greet visitors and assist with guest registration and check-in
Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room logistics
Sort and distribute mail and process administrative documents
Arrange travel accommodations for executives as needed
Provide clerical support to the HR department
Respond to employee and applicant inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and hiring processes
Maintain a clean, professional reception area
Support general office operations and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
Experience using a multi-line phone system required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic office technology
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
